
摘要:针对高矿化度油田采出水基体复杂、氯离子检测影响因素多的问题,按照JJF 1059.1-2012 《测量不确定度评定与表示》的有关规定和HJ 84-2016标准规定的离子色谱法测定水质中氯离子,并开展测量不确定度评定。首先建立了数学模型,在分析测定各不确定度分量的基础上计算合成相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,氯离子含量为3700mg/L时,扩展不确定度为140mg/L(k=2,p=95%),标准曲线拟合与样品稳定性是影响测量结果的主要因素,检测过程中应对这两个环节重点管控。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems of complex matrix and multiple influencing factors for chloride determination in high-salinity oilfield produced water, the measurement uncertainty was evaluated by ion chromatography in accordance with JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and HJ 84-2016. A mathematical model was established firstly. On the basis of analyzing each uncertainty component in determination, the combined relative standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. The results showed that for chloride at a concentration of 3700 mg/L, the expanded uncertainty was 140 mg/L (k=2, P=95%). Standard curve fitting and sample stability were the major contributors to measurement results, which should be emphatically controlled during detection.
