
摘要:当天然气调压站中天然气介质的温度较低不能满足要求时,往往需要设置加热单元对天然气进行加热升温。而采用的加热设备是以燃气电厂燃气轮机系统中产生的热水或蒸汽为热源的管壳式换热器。在调压站的设备中,换热器的投资占比较大,而换热器的选型设计影响设备成本以及换热效率。本文以国内某电厂的热水-天然气管壳式换热器为例,通过HTRI软件进行换热器设计,探讨了换热器的选型原则及参数的选取要点,为天然气调压站换热器的优化设计提供了理论指导。

Design of Heat Exchanger for NG Pressure Regulating Station Based on HTRI

Abstract: When the temperature of
natural gas in a natural gas pressure regulating station is too low to meet the
requirements, a heating unit is often required to raise the gas temperature.
The heating equipment typically utilizes a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which
uses hot water or steam generated by the gas turbine system of a gas-fired
power plant as the heat source. In the equipment of a pressure regulating
station, the heat exchanger accounts for a significant portion of the investment,
and its type selection and design directly impact both equipment costs and heat
transfer efficiency. Taking a hot water-natural gas shell-and-tube heat
exchanger from a domestic power plant in China as a case study, this paper uses
HTRI software to perform the heat exchanger design. It discusses the type
selection principles and key parameter considerations, providing theoretical
guidance for the optimized design of heat exchangers in natural gas pressure
regulating stations.
