目的：为初步建立不同产地苦槠子药材的质量标准。方法：参照《中国药典》2020年版方法，对10份不同来源的苦槠子药材显微鉴别、水分、总灰分、浸出物以及总黄酮含量进行测定。结果：确定了苦槠子的粉末显微特征，水分含量不得超过3.0%，苦槠子水浸出物、醇浸出物不得少于17.29%、4.02%，总黄酮含量不得少于 3.68 mg/g。结论：初步建立了苦槠子药材的质量标准，该方法法重现性好，简便高效，为规范苦槠子药材质量控制提供科学依据。

Preliminary study on quality standard of Castanopsis carlesii

Abstract

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Castanopsis carlesii. Methods: According to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia ( 2020 edition ), 8 samples of Castanopsis carlesii from different sources were identified by microscope, and the contents of water, total ash, extract and total flavonoids were determined. Results: The microscopic characteristics of Castanopsis carlesii powder were determined. The water content should not exceed 3.0 %, the water extract and alcohol extract should not be less than 16.0 % and 3.91 %, the ash content should not exceed 9.0 %, and the total flavonoids content should not be less than 2.848 mg/g. Conclusion: The quality standard of Castanopsis carlesii was initially established. This method is reproducible, simple and efficient, and provides scientific basis for standardizing the quality control of Castanopsis carlesii.
