4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷合成工艺优化研究
  

摘要:4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷(HMDA)是一种高附加值精细化工原料,广泛应用于聚氨酯、环氧固化剂等领域。针对现有MDA加氢工艺中存在的选择性低、催化剂寿命短等问题,本文系统研究了温度、压力、溶剂等因素对HMDA产率及选择性的影响。结果表明,在140℃、7 MPa、四氢呋喃为溶剂的条件下,MDA转化率达100%HMDA选择性达98.7%,为该工艺的工业化应用提供了关键数据支撑。

Abstract: 4,4'-Diaminodicyclohexylmethane (HMDA) is a high value-added fine chemical raw material, widely used in polyurethane, epoxy curing agent and other fields. Aiming at the problems of low selectivity and short catalyst life in the existing MDA hydrogenation process, this paper systematically studies the effects of temperature, pressure, solvent and other factors on the yield and selectivity of HMDA. The results show that under the conditions of 140 ℃, 7 MPa and tetrahydrofuran as solvent, the conversion rate of MDA reaches 100% and the selectivity of HMDA reaches 98.7%, which provides key data support for the industrial application of this process.
