
摘要:中速磨煤机是粉煤气化装置核心设备,其运行稳定性与效率直接影响气化装置运行负荷。改造碾磨、分离系统及耐磨部件后,核心性能提升,但出现振动频繁报警与壳体局部磨损加剧问题。本文经实地跟踪监测、多工况调整试验,分析问题根源,基于试验数据优化运行参数并提出针对性方案。结果表明:加载油压调至8 - 10MPa,可解决因碾磨能力不足导致的振动问题,最大出力提至87t/h,粒度<90um通过率达79.6%,优于改造后性能验收指标;粘贴陶瓷防护层、加装导流板等可缓解壳体局部磨损。研究成果为同类改造磨煤机运行调整提供技术参考与实践依据。
Abstract: As the core equipment of coal gasification units, medium-speed coal mills directly influence operational load through their stability and efficiency. Although upgrades to grinding, separation systems, and wear-resistant components enhanced core performance, new challenges emerged: frequent vibration alarms and intensified localized casing wear. Through field monitoring and multi-condition tests, this study identified root causes, optimized operational parameters based on experimental data, and proposed targeted solutions. Results demonstrate that adjusting the oil pressure to 8-10MPa resolved vibration issues caused by insufficient grinding capacity, achieving a maximum output of 87t/h with 79.6% particle size <90um pass rate—exceeding post-upgrade performance benchmarks. Ceramic protective coatings and guide plates effectively mitigated localized casing wear. These findings provide technical references and practical guidance for similar coal mill retrofitting operations.
