D版本面向生物质掺烧的脱硝催化剂需求与研发进展
  

摘要:由于《煤电低碳化改造建设行动方案(2024-2027 年)》的推出,生物质掺烧作为助力煤电低碳转型的重要措施,在降低煤耗及碳排方面作用极大,而生物质燃料的特有属性也会给煤电燃烧系统造成一定影响,因此会对燃煤催化剂存在一定的刚性需求。首先分析了生物质掺烧工况下对催化剂性能的要求;其次阐述了现阶段燃煤催化剂在生物质掺烧条件下存在的问题;然后梳理了国外和国内的抗碱金属等催化剂研发的相关情况及实际应用案例;最后结合实际展望了未来可满足生物质掺烧工况要求的燃煤催化剂的发展方向,希望能对煤电行业的低碳化改造提供合理且有效的指导。

Abstract:Due to the launch of the action plan for low-carbon transformation and construction of coal-fired power plants (2024-2027), biomass CO combustion, as an important measure to boost the low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power plants, plays a great role in reducing coal consumption and carbon emissions, and the unique properties of biomass fuel will also have an impact on the coal-fired combustion system, so there will be a certain rigid demand for coal-fired catalysts. Firstly, the requirements of catalyst performance under the condition of biomass CO combustion were analyzed; Secondly, the existing problems of coal-fired catalysts under the condition of biomass co-combustion at the present stage are described; Then, the research and development of alkali resistant metal catalysts at home and abroad and their practical application cases are reviewed; Finally, combined with the actual situation, the development direction of coal-fired catalysts that can meet the requirements of biomass co-combustion in the future is prospected, hoping to provide reasonable and effective guidance for the low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power industry.
