摘要：高校实验室是培养研究型、复合型、应用型人才的场所，尤其是化工实验室，涉及的领域非常广泛，用到的资源也越来越多样化。各高校为了大力发展科研，夯实教学，培养人才，也是全力以赴的满足各方面人才培养的需求；但是由于各种原因造就了教育资源分布不均，部分资源浪费的现象。文章就高校化工实验室资源优化进行了初步探索，以期为其他高校实验室的资源合理配置提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract:University laboratory is the place for training research,interdisciplinary,and applied
talents,especially chemical engineering laboratories,which involve a wide range
of fields and use increasingly diverse resources.In order to develop scientific
research,strengthen teaching,and training talents vigorously,universities are
also making utmost effort to meet the requirements of various talents.Thus,this
inevitably leads to disparities in resource allocation and waste of some resources.This paper explores the
optimization of resources for chemical engineering laboratories in university,aiming
to provide a reference and guidance for the rational allocation of resources in
other university laboratories.
