要:餐厨垃圾产生物天然气是缓解能源压力,实现碳中和的重要方法。餐厨垃圾产生物天然气路径选择方面,需要同时考虑经济和环境因素。针对餐厨垃圾运输、处理和产品利用全过程,考虑经济和环境目标,构建餐厨垃圾管理模型,基于P图理论确定该模型最优路径和产生物天然气最优路径。通过案例研究,分析该模型最优路径和产生物天然气最优路径的经济收益和碳减排。从成本角度对产生物天然气路径进行分析,并对嗜热厌氧消化产生物天然气路径成本补贴情况进行进一步研究。

Abstract: The production of bio-natural gas from food waste is an important method for alleviating energy pressure and achieving carbon neutrality. However, in the selection of paths for bio-natural gas production from food waste, both economic and environmental factors need to be considered simultaneously. This paper constructs a food waste management model using the p-graph framework, considering both economic and environmental objectives, for the entire process of food waste transportation, treatment, and product utilization. The optimal paths for the model and for bio-natural gas production are identified. Through case studies, the economic profits and carbon reduction potential of the optimal paths for the model and for bio-natural gas production are analyzed. The analysis examines the bio-natural gas production paths from cost perspective and investigates the cost subsidy situation for the thermophilic anaerobic digestion producing bio-natural gas path.
