基于噪声声源识别技术应用的城市智能监测和精准管控技术研究——2025年3月定稿

　　

摘要： 基于大数据分析基础上声源识别技术应用的城市噪声智能监测和精准管控技术研究，笔者通过采取声纹技术识别噪声来源，结合城市噪声自动监测网大数据，构建城市噪声功能区实时监测＋声源识别新模式，探究声源识别技术应用，创新结合技术特征捕捉噪声污染事件信息、识别噪声污染类别、辅助现场勘察取证、评估声环境质量影响因素占比、绘制城市噪声环境质量地图等，为精准实施执法管控提供支持，研究具有广泛应用推广价值，以期为其他学者的研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Research on Intelligent Monitoring and Precise Control Technology of Urban Noise Based on Sound Source Identification Technology Using Big Data Analysis. This paper employs acoustic fingerprint technology to identify noise sources and integrates big data from the urban noise automatic monitoring network to establish a new model of real-time monitoring and sound source identification for urban noise functional zones. It explores the application of sound source identification technology and innovatively proposes methods to capture noise pollution event information based on on-site characteristics, identify noise pollution categories, assist in on-site investigation and evidence collection, evaluate the proportion of factors affecting sound environment quality, and map urban noise environment quality. These methods provide support for precise law enforcement and control. The research holds significant value for widespread application and promotion, aiming to offer references for other scholars' studies.
