摘要：采用吹扫补集气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中15种酮类和6种醚类化合物。实验方法如下：取样品5g于吹扫瓶中，注入10mL饱和氯化钠溶液，内标及替代物，利用Tekmar吹扫补集装置直接进样，经过DB-624毛细管柱分离，EI离子源全扫描模式检测，内标法定量。15种酮类和6种醚类的曲线相关系数＞0.990，样品的检出限为0.09~1.38mg/kg，样品加标回收率在60%~120%之间，替代物回收率在60%~120%之间，精密度在10%~20%之间。
Abstract: 15 kinds of ketones and 6 kinds of ether compounds in soil
were determined by purge and complement gas chromatography mass spectrometry.
The experimental methods were as follows: Sample 5g was taken into a purge
bottle, injected with 10mL saturated sodium chloride solution, internal
standard and substitute, directly injected into the sample using Tekmar purge
complement device, separated by DB-624 capillary column, detected by EI ion
source full scan mode, and quantized by internal standard method. The curve
correlation coefficient of 15 kinds of ketones and 6 kinds of ethers was >
0.990, the detection limit of samples was 0.09~1.38mg/kg, the recovery rate of
samples with standard addition was between 60%~120%, the recovery rate of
substitutes was between 60%~120%, and the precision was between 10%~20%.
