
摘要:压力容器是一种特殊承压设备,它的应用范围包括反应、传热、传质、分离和贮存。随着经济社会的发展,我国的压力容器种类越来越多,为了保证其运行的稳定性,对其进行安全、定期的检测是一种行之有效的手段。在实际应用中,需要根据压力容器的使用环境、结构、材料和盛装介质的特点,采取各种检测手段,包括宏观检测、壁厚检测、表面缺陷检测等。在检测表面裂缝和隐蔽缺陷时,必须采用无损检测技术,以达到最大限度地发现缺陷,并提高其使用的安全性。本文就压力容器定期检验中发现的主要问题、方法、策略进行了论述,以供参考。
Abstract: Pressure vessel is a special pressure-bearing equipment, and its application scope includes reaction, heat transfer, mass transfer, separation and storage. With the development of economy and society, there are more and more types of pressure vessels in China. In order to ensure the stability of their operation, it is an effective means to carry out safe and regular inspection. In practical application, it is necessary to adopt various detection means according to the characteristics of the service environment, structure, material and containing medium of the pressure vessel, including macroscopic detection, wall thickness detection, surface defect detection and so on. When detecting surface cracks and hidden defects, nondestructive testing technology must be adopted in order to find the defects to the maximum extent and improve the safety of their use. This paper discusses the main problems, methods and strategies found in the periodic inspection of pressure vessels for reference.
